How many staff will you have at the wedding? This will depend on the scale and location of the wedding. For commercially managed venues, there is often a team that support events hosted at their facility. What is the difference between a planning, on the day coordinator and stylist?Planner: Manages the entire planning process from start to finish, including budget, vendors, and logistics. On-the-Day Coordinator: Focuses on executing the plan on the event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Stylist: Concentrates on the visual design and aesthetic aspects of the event. Each role is essential for creating a successful and cohesive event, and they often work together to ensure all elements align perfectly.

What does the planner actually do?In essence, a wedding planner acts as the couple’s project manager, guiding them through the entire wedding planning process and ensuring every detail is handled professionally and efficiently.
-

All humans are unique and many have slightly different airway configuration however these simply mean that there may be an adjustment to the way you complete the practice. Our experienced instructors can help support you in determining the best approach.

Can I do breathwork on my own?We believe it is very important to understand the process, principles, and risks associated with any practice before you undertake any session. Our philosophy is to educate and empower you on your own journey whist providing both safe space and experienced support, especially for those new to breathwork practices. There are potentially many outcomes from breathwork practices that can involve both physical and / or emotional responses. These vary dramatically from person to person, and can also vary for a particular person from session to session.

Do I have to practice? No. All our classes, sessions or retreats will go through the process each time. Many people find the first experience quite impactful so it is best done with experienced instructors.

What about the medications I take?It is very important to disclose any medications or conditions you may have prior to any breathwork sessions. This may not preclude you from participating but is essential to ensure the appropriate support and care can be provided.
-
Do I have to breath through my nose or my mouth?Breathwork can be done either through the nose or the mouth. Sessions can often involve a combination of both techniques however these be adapted to suit your circumstances.
-
How long is a breathwork session? Most breathwork sessions take approximately one hour. This varies depending on the type of practice and any other modalities that may be included. Typically a session will have a period of preparation to calm the body and mind, then a more intense breathwork practice followed by an extended period of peaceful reflection or meditation. All sessions conclude with a final integration practice and wellbeing check in.
